Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Academic Ace. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About Academic Ace

Academic Ace provides academic writing assistance services, including essays, coursework, dissertations, literature reviews, and other academic documents. Our service is designed to support your learning and research — the work we produce is intended as a model, reference, or study aid.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to close accounts that we believe are held by minors.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You must not share your account with others
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account

4. Placing an Order

When you submit an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete instructions. Orders are reviewed by our team, and a price quote will be issued based on the complexity, length, and deadline of your request.

An order is confirmed once:

You have received and acknowledged the quote, and
Payment has been received in full

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise
Full payment is required before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Prices are determined based on academic level, number of pages, deadline, and complexity
We reserve the right to adjust pricing before confirming your order

6. Deadlines

We make every reasonable effort to deliver work by the agreed deadline. Deadline times begin from the moment payment is confirmed and complete instructions are received. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete, unclear, or late instructions from the client.

7. Revisions

We offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery, provided that the revision request falls within the original instructions. We reserve the right to charge for revisions that require substantial changes beyond the original scope.

8. Refund Policy

Before work starts: Full refund if the order has not been assigned to a tutor
Work in progress: Partial refund (50%) if significant work has already been done
After delivery: No refund once the completed work has been delivered, except in cases where the delivered work materially fails to meet the confirmed order specifications
Disputes: If you believe delivered work does not meet your instructions, contact us within 7 days of delivery with specific details

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds on the grounds of a change of mind after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the work delivered to you for personal, educational reference purposes. Academic Ace retains the right to use anonymised versions of completed work for internal quality assurance purposes.

You may not resell, republish, or distribute the work as a commercial product.

10. Academic Integrity

    Important: Academic Ace provides writing assistance for reference and study purposes. How you use the work we deliver is entirely your responsibility. We strongly encourage you to use our work as a model or guide, and to comply with the academic integrity policies of your institution. We accept no liability for any academic misconduct findings, penalties, or consequences that may arise from the use of our work.
  

11. Confidentiality

We treat all order details, personal information, and communications as strictly confidential. We do not share your information with any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy. We expect the same confidentiality from you regarding any proprietary processes or pricing information we share with you.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Harass, threaten, or abuse our team members
Attempt to circumvent payment

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academic Ace and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to academic penalties, lost grades, or lost opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of Academic Ace after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
