Payment Policy

1. How Payment Works

Academic Ace operates on a quote-based payment system. When you submit an order, our team will review your requirements and provide a personalised quote within 15 minutes during business hours.

Once you accept the quote, payment details will be communicated to you via your dashboard or email. Work begins only after payment is confirmed.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit)
• American Express
• Apple Pay
• Bank transfer (for larger orders)
• Payoneer (international customers)

All payment transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your card information.

3. Currency

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. International customers may be subject to currency conversion charges by their bank or card provider. Academic Ace is not responsible for any such fees.

4. Pricing

Pricing is based on several factors including:

• Academic level (High School through to PhD)
• Number of pages required
• Deadline and urgency
• Complexity and subject matter
• Any additional services selected (e.g. plagiarism report)

Estimated prices shown on our website are indicative only. Your final price will be confirmed in your personalised quote.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering work that meets your requirements. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund: Available if you cancel your order before work has commenced.
• Partial refund: May be available if work has begun but significant issues are identified that cannot be resolved through revisions.
• No refund: Once a completed order has been approved and downloaded by the customer, no refund will be issued.
• Revision requests: We offer free revisions within the scope of the original order brief. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank. In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Referral Discounts

Customers may share their unique referral code with others. When a new customer uses a valid referral code, they receive a discount on their first order. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Referral codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been submitted.
